1. Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of ebooks and audiobooks are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link has been delivered or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exceptions for Digital Products:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice within 24 hours, please contact us with both order numbers for a full refund of the second purchase.

  • Technical Issues: If the file is corrupted or you are unable to access the content due to a technical error on our end, please reach out. If we cannot resolve the issue within 3 business days, a full refund will be issued.

2. Freelance & Online Services
